Head of IT eCommerce

In this role you drive IT partnerships and product ownership for Dyson's eCommerce function, delivering secure, scalable IT services and digital transformation roadmaps. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to articulate business needs, define value, and guide IT strategy within enterprise standards. You’ll lead AI literacy and monitor ROI, shaping technology to grow eCommerce and enable new operating models.

• Provide IT Business partnership and Product ownership for the eCommerce function
• Ensure secure, sustainable IT service delivery and operational excellence
• Develop and articulate IT digital transformation roadmaps and business cases with value realization
• Align with Enterprise Architecture standards and governance to influence broader IT strategy
• Communicate roadmaps and plans to stakeholders and capture new requirements efficiently
• Provide insights on technology trends, benchmarking, and innovation to leadership
• Develop AI literacy in eCommerce and monitor AI ROI
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver architectural roadmaps and capabilities

• Experience leading/global IT teams within large, dynamic organizations
• Proven track record in transformational programs and changing operating models
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI in eCommerce
• Experience managing teams of business analysts, solution architects, development managers, and project managers
• Deep product knowledge in SAP Hybris, Adobe Commerce or Magento (advantageous)
• Experience with large-scale eCommerce solutions and integration of ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS
• Understanding of Cyber Risk, Data Privacy, Fraud technologies
• Knowledge of microservices, SaaS options, and DevOps in an agile environment
• Ability to set and communicate IT strategies across multinational organizations
