In this role you will lead and own strategic workstreams within EY-Parthenon, translating insights into concrete initiatives and implementation plans. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive the execution of strategic roadmaps. The position sits at the intersection of strategy, digital, data and AI, enabling clients to move from analysis to action. You will shape capabilities and knowledge development while mentoring juniors in an inclusive, outcome-focused environment. • Lead smaller projects or major workstreams from start to finish
• Structure complex strategic questions and steer analysis toward a clear output
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and facilitate decision-making
• Translate strategy into concrete initiatives, roadmaps and implementation plans
• Coach junior colleagues and foster an inclusive, high-quality team environment
• Contribute to proposals, propositions and EY-Parthenon knowledge development

• Approximately 4-7 years of relevant experience, including substantial consulting experience
• Proven experience leading workstreams or smaller projects independently
• Strong problem-solving, project-management and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to coach colleagues and maintain high standards of quality
• A pragmatic, collaborative approach and a strong drive to create client impact
