Commercial Operations Development Program

In diesem traineeship you will explore Trading & Supply Operations over two years, preparing to become a commercial operator. You’ll rotate through roles that connect traders, ports, and logistics, learning to guide distribution and resolve claims. You’ll start as a frontline contact for ports, traders, and customs, building cross-functional collaboration. The program supports growth toward a trading ops desk, with mentorship and diverse exposure.

• Set up contracts with Traders
• Assess the validity of claims
• Plan logistics for transportation
• Be the first contact for ports, Traders, customs and internal stakeholders
• Develop into a commercial operator on a trading operations desk

• Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s Degree
• Working experience preferred
• Fluent in English
• German and French language skills are an advantage
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Resilient, able to manage deadlines and policy guidelines
• Team player, self-motivated, able to liaise with stakeholders
