• Drive analyses and design/implementation of solutions: performance analysis, operating models, cost structures, separation complexity, synergies or stranded costs
• Lead clients and their teams through the transaction cycle, aligning goals and securing commitment to action
• Direct and inspire your team to tackle challenges and deliver projects effectively
• Contribute to business development and expand internal/external networks to market services

• 5 years (manager) or 7 years (senior manager) relevant M&A experience
• Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration related field
• Knowledge of M&A operational aspects: due diligence, planning, synergies, value creation, post-close transformation
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills and ability to link strategy to performance
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively, preferably in client-facing roles
