New Business Development Manager - Software

As New Business Development Manager - Software, you drive growth by turning customer challenges into software opportunities across Europe and Asia. From Eindhoven, you collaborate with international sales and engineering teams to activate new clients and build long-term relationships. You identify potential European customers, develop a pipeline, and guide opportunities from first contact to commercial agreement. You explore application and embedded software needs and connect European clients with offshore delivery. You travel to engage stakeholders worldwide.

• Identify and approach potential European customers in the high-tech market
• Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to commercial agreement
• Explore customer needs in application and embedded software
• Develop offshoring opportunities by connecting Europe with Asia delivery teams
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with business unit leaders, technical leads, and commercial colleagues to shape proposals
• Share market and customer insights to steer BD efforts
• Travel as needed to meet customers and colleagues internationally

• 5–10 years in business development, sales, or similar commercial role
• Experience selling engineering or technology services in a technical B2B environment
• Proactive in approaching new customers and building relationships from scratch
• Technical affinity to understand customer needs and involve the right technical colleagues
• Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills
• Professional English, with additional European language preferred
• International mindset and willingness to travel
• Experience with software engineering services, embedded or application software, international delivery models, or semiconductor industry is advantageous
• Technical degree welcome but not required
