As a Senior Manager in EY-Parthenon Strategy, you lead complex client engagements and diverse teams to turn market and customer insight into value-creation plans. You advise senior stakeholders on corporate strategy, growth, and digital, data, and AI, translating insights into executable roadmaps. You connect strategy with delivery, shaping recommendations into action and strengthening client relationships. • Lead large or complex engagements and ensure delivery quality and outcomes
• Advise senior client stakeholders on corporate strategy, growth, digital, data and AI
• Shape recommendations into actionable, executable plans
• Lead, coach and develop diverse teams across EY-Parthenon and the wider EY network
• Identify follow-on opportunities and deepen trusted client relationships
• Strengthen market propositions, intellectual capital and internal community

• Approximately 6-10 years of relevant experience, including significant consulting experience
• Proven track record of independently leading complex projects and senior stakeholders
