In this role you help Accenture deliver enterprise-scale IAM solutions for large, international clients. You will translate business challenges into technical IAM requirements and implement secure, scalable identities across cloud and on-premise environments. You’ll work with cross-functional teams in a global cybersecurity practice and leverage market-leading IAM tools. This position offers hands-on impact in shaping secure access strategies for clients in the Netherlands.

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into IAM requirements
• Contribute to IAM design and implementation projects for clients
• Work with Okta, Auth0, One Identity, or Omada to deploy identity solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure access architectures
• Engage with clients on security and compliance considerations
• Maintain awareness of IAM best practices and industry standards
• Support travel to client sites across the Netherlands
• Possibly contribute to proposal and advisory activities within the practice

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Demonstrated experience in Identity Access Management (business analysis, engineering, or consulting)
• Certification in Okta/Auth0 or One Identity or Omada
• Fluent in English with excellent communication
• Ability to analyze business challenges and translate into technical requirements
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the Netherlands
• Desirable: Dutch language, additional IAM tool certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, PingIdentity)
• Knowledge of SABSA or TOGAF frameworks
• CompTIA Security+ (optional)
