EY-Parthenon - Senior Consultant Strategy

In this role you will shape strategic recommendations and help clients implement them. You will own analyses and workstreams, partner with senior stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across corporate strategy, growth, digital, data and AI. The role focuses on translating choices into actionable roadmaps and driving real client impact within an open, collaborative culture.

• own analyses and defined workstreams from problem framing to recommendations
• develop fact-based perspectives on markets, customers, competitors and performance

• drive on-the-ground change at client sites

• approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience
