In this role you support clients in crisis and transformation within FTI’s EMEA Financial Services practice. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to guide large-scale transformations, risk and regulatory programs, and data-driven improvements. You help translate insights into concrete action plans and clear presentations for senior leadership. • Lead and structure project workstreams to meet critical deadlines
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes
• Analyze client and market data to extract insights and shape recommendations
• Perform operational and financial analyses to identify strengths and pain points
• Translate findings into compelling presentations for C-level audiences
• Support risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives across finance and operations
• Contribute to data, technology and AI transformation initiatives
• Assist with due diligence and value creation in transaction advisory
• Engage in event-driven crisis management scenarios in financial services

• Experience as Consultant or Senior Consultant at a Tier 1 firm or financial institution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel; programming knowledge a plus
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed
• Bachelor-level or higher in business, engineering or finance (Master required)
• Ability to work in diverse teams and manage client relationships
