• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Client-facing experience with leadership aspirations

• Hands-on development experience; software development or DevOps a plus
• Strong experience applying advanced analytics to business problems
• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques and business implications
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Excellent English and local language communication
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field
