• Engage customers and promote adidas values on the shop floor
• Drive store sales through effective product knowledge and customer service
• Support merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to meet store goals
• Take ownership of your learning by completing training and applying it on the shop floor

• 1+ months of experience in sports or fashion retail
• Knowledge of store KPIs and ability to interpret them to drive sales
• Effective customer service and sales skills
• Team player with resilience, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• Good communications in English
