In this role you will lead development of color and formulation IT applications within the Global Color IT team. You will deliver cloud-native and Microsoft-based solutions, balancing business needs with technical debt while solving meaningful modernization challenges. You’ll work with a global team to design, build, and support critical software that underpins core processes, enabling transformation and better outcomes for the business. • Own applications and features from design through delivery and production support
• Translate business needs into reliable, maintainable software solutions
• Troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes
• Modernize applications while balancing business needs, technical debt, and continuity
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams on technical design and implementation

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
• Experience building front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS
• Solid experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Practical experience with microservices architecture and Dapr
• Good understanding of SQL, Entity Framework, and application performance
• Experience with Docker, automated testing, and Git
