Associate Director, Procurement Finance

In this role you will act as the finance business partner to the CPO and the GCOE Procurement team, delivering insight on global procurement spend (~$11bn) to inform strategy and value creation. You will lead financial planning and reporting across Direct/Indirect materials and ESG commitments, guiding the procurement agenda with cross-functional finance support. You will shape methodologies, and drive performance through a small team while partnering on AOP/3YP and global budgeting initiatives. This is a strategic, impact‑driven role at scale.

• Own the Global Procurement P&L and provide consolidated financial visibility including FX and commodities
• Perform financial review of Global Category Led (GCL) Contracts and support GCL teams
• Oversee financial review of ESG commitments and track in-year progress on financial and performance goals
• Own procurement methodologies and identify gaps; ensure alignment across the function
• Lead, develop and train a team (2 direct reports, 5 indirect reports)
• Guide the Procurement annual operating plan (AOP) and 3YP with global benchmarking
• Negotiate budgets with entity owners and global counterparts
• Manage ad-hoc projects as required

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience in operations or corporate finance
• Experience in public accounting, investment banking, or consulting is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to simplify data and present to executives
• Experience with budgets/forecasts and modelling
