Senior Business Controller Tech & Data and HR

As Senior Business Controller, you will act as a strategic finance partner for HR, Tech & Data and selected Head Office areas. You’ll drive data‑driven decision making, strengthen cost control, and support senior stakeholders with clear insights. You’ll shape standards and automation in cost management while contributing to a cross‑functional control agenda. This role offers a chance to influence planning, forecasting, and business cases in a fast‑paced, international setting.

• Partner HR, Tech & Data and Head Office functions to lead the Plan & Control cycle, from planning to insightful reporting and business cases
• Analyze OPEX and CAPEX to identify trends, variances and cost efficiency opportunities
• Develop and maintain cost control standards in collaboration with Financial Control, Procurement, Project Managers and Reporting & BI
• Collaborate with HR analytics to generate insights on FTE, vacancies and HR KPIs
• Leverage advanced analytics and AI to improve forecasting accuracy and decision quality
• Contribute to Group Control planning, standardization, simplification and automation initiatives

• Master’s degree in Business Economics or related field
• 7-10 years experience in (business) control or similar role
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and change management skills
• Experience in a retail or fast‑paced international environment (preferred)
• Strong English skills
