As Head of People & Change Consulting for Western Europe, you will lead growth across Benelux, Nordics and Southern Europe, shaping AI-powered work strategies for key accounts. You will drive thought leadership, advisory services and multi-market delivery, blending AI with future-of-work capabilities. Your role integrates strategy, capability building and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver sustainable, profitable transformation. This is a chance to influence how large organizations redesign work, skills and operating models in a digital era. You will work with CHROs and senior executives to turn vision into impact.

• Define and evolve AI-powered Future of Work offering, assets, and GTM strategy
• Lead market-facing thought leadership on AI-driven workforce transformation and hybrid workplace redesign
• Engage with CHROs, CIOs, COOs, and Chief Innovation/Digital Officers to shape AI-led workforce strategies
• Oversee end-to-end client transformation engagements focusing on AI Readiness, operating model redesign, and EX personalization
• Develop diagnostics, roadmaps, and TOM blueprints for governance and execution
• Champion AI-human collaboration models and skills-based structures
• Build and scale internal frameworks, accelerators, and reusable tools
• Mentor and grow a high-performing consulting team aligned to Future of Work capabilities
• Collaborate with other Wipro service lines to integrate AI-led Future of Work services into large transformations
• Drive business development and client relationships to multi-million-dollar engagements

• Proven leadership with ability to drive growth across a regional market
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to secure multi-million-dollar engagements
• Experience in delivering consulting from sell-through to delivery, ideally with Big4/tier-1 firms
• Self-sufficient, proactive in business development and sustaining utilization
• Delivery expertise across multi-shore projects with distributed teams
• Track record in workforce transformation, operating model redesign, or EX consulting in AI/digital contexts
• Experience advising CHROs, CIOs, COOs on large-scale transformations
• Understanding of AI's impact on work, automation, talent planning and digital collaboration tools
• Leadership in multidisciplinary transformation programs and thought leadership in AI/Workforce Futures
