Indirect Procurement Country Sourcing Manager BeNe

In this role you will lead indirect spend sourcing across Belgium and the Netherlands, driving value through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations. You will partner with local stakeholders and Global Category Managers to align regional needs with global procurement strategies. The role focuses on optimizing cost, quality, service, risk, and sustainability while delivering procurement excellence. • Develop and implement indirect spend sourcing strategies
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects (RFx, supplier selection, negotiations, contracts)
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement
• Balance cost, quality, service, risk, and sustainability in decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
• Lead commercial negotiations and support lifecycle management
• Mitigate supplier risks to ensure business continuity
• Act as trusted procurement advisor to Belgium and the Netherlands stakeholders
• Partner with business leaders to deliver procurement solutions
• Promote adoption of preferred suppliers and global agreements
• Provide local market insights to support category strategy
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and governance
• Deploy procurement tools and best practices
• Track savings, supplier performance, and sourcing outcomes
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French valued
