Strategy Consulting Manager - Semiconductor Industry

As a Strategy Manager in Accenture Industry & Enterprise, you lead end-to-end transformation programs for semiconductor and high-tech clients. You translate strategic insight into practical roadmaps and ensure execution delivers tangible impact at scale. You work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to reinvent operating models, processes, and value delivery through data, AI, and digital technologies. • 5+ years of consulting experience in the semiconductor/high-tech industry
• Proven track record delivering strategic projects end-to-end
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and guiding decision-making
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation
• Interest in the semiconductor/high-tech industry
• Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites
