• Conduct market research and qualitative/quantitative analyses to support deal decisions
• Review deal documents to identify commercial issues and risks
• Collaborate in project teams to deliver high-quality outputs addressing client challenges
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for C-level executives and investors
• Contribute to business development by preparing project proposals

• Minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience or equivalent with a strong track record in commercial due diligence and growth strategy
• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Business Administration with strong academic results
• Demonstrated interest in strategy and M&A through internships or research
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to dissect market drivers
• Ability to perform detailed commercial assessments using primary and secondary research
• Fluent in Dutch
