Strategy Consultant - Corporate Strategy & Growth

As a Strategy Consultant, you will shape client strategy at the C-suite level and drive growth through strategic transformations. You’ll work in a fast‑moving, high‑performance team across Europe, own workstreams, and guide analysts while contributing to Amsterdam’s growing CS&G team. You will apply data, analytics, and human‑centred design to craft tech‑enabled strategies that create lasting value. This role offers meaningful impact through hands‑on client work and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Develop growth, digital transformation, go‑to‑market, and new digital business model strategies for clients
• Analyze strategic challenges, define direction, vision and goals
• Lead own workstreams within projects and supervise analysts
• Collaborate with Amsterdam and European CS&G teams to deliver client outcomes
• On-site client delivery with a focus on high‑quality, fast insights and actionable plans
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Amsterdam team

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
• 2–5 years of strategy consulting experience or relevant corporate strategy experience
• Affinity with technology and digitalization
• Excellent presentation & communication skills in English; Dutch a plus
• Team player with a can‑do mentality, able to think outside the box
