In this ERP transformation leadership role, you guide clients through SAP-enabled digital transformations from strategy to value realization. You work with cross-functional teams in a global firm that blends technology and consulting to drive meaningful business outcomes. You will shape roadmaps, establish governance, and ensure delivery excellence across complex ERP programmes. The opportunity centers on delivering tangible value through end-to-end ERP delivery and stakeholder stewardship at scale.

• Lead large-scale ERP transformation programmes across multiple workstreams or modules
• Establish and run programme governance structures to ensure delivery excellence and risk mitigation
• Develop and deliver robust business cases linking technology outcomes to business benefits
• Apply SAP Activate and best practices for template, release, and process modelling
• Design and govern end-to-end processes across SAP lines of business (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire)
• Engage senior business stakeholders to influence decision-making in large organizations

• 6-10 years of ERP experience
• Consulting experience at a Tier 1/2 firm or SI with end-to-end ERP programme leadership
• Led ERP modules or workstreams through full delivery lifecycle
• SAP functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, procurement, etc.
• Understanding of cross-module integration
• Strong experience in business case development and value management
• Familiarity with both Agile and traditional ERP delivery methods
