OT Consultant

In this role you will lead and shape digital enterprise initiatives for large industrial clients, guiding them toward decarbonization and improved performance. You work closely with cross-functional teams to design strategies, build high-value solutions, and drive executive-level engagements that translate customer needs into scalable architectures. You’ll co-innovate with global partners to deliver data-driven, sustainable impact and help shape Yokogawa’s transformation agenda. • Lead consulting engagements designing and delivering digital enterprise solutions for complex industrial systems
• Partner with clients to develop digital strategies aligned with decarbonization goals
• Drive strategic sales opportunities from advisory discussions to detailed proposals
• Build and manage partnerships with technology providers and consulting firms
• Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures and transformation roadmaps
• Disseminate knowledge through training, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration with OpCos and KBC
• Contribute to Yokogawa’s co-innovation mission through data-driven, sustainable impact

• ~10 years’ experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise solutions within energy, petrochemical, or decarbonization sectors
• Proven track record in strategic business development, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
• Deep understanding of industrial operations, digital platforms, and energy transition landscape
• Experience managing large or complex consulting projects with cross-functional teams
