In this role, you will shape and scale ASML’s Physical Security Innovation capability by turning strategy into tangible outcomes. You will manage a governed portfolio of security innovation initiatives, linking business needs and risks to future capabilities. You’ll build partnerships across DTS, CRE Center of Excellence and external partners, and drive adoption of validated innovations into standards and services. You will guide and develop future innovation specialists and provide trusted advisory support to the function. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence how physical security evolves at scale across the organization.

• Drive and govern the physical security innovation portfolio for visibility and prioritization
• Develop business cases and investment proposals to inform technology and capability investments
• Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks and investment processes
• Create and maintain an innovation funnel to collect, assess and mature ideas and risks
• Translate opportunities into future capability roadmaps, standards and strategic improvement initiatives
• Build trusted partnerships across DTS, CRE Center of Excellence, sectors and external partners
• Define transition/adoption mechanisms to embed innovations into standards, initiatives and services
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to future innovation specialists on feasibility studies, pilots and execution

• 8+ years of experience in innovation, portfolio management, governance, program management or strategic initiatives
• Proven track record developing business cases and investment proposals
• Experience establishing governance structures and operating models in complex organizations
• Experience aligning strategic, governance and operational functions across stakeholder groups
