Senior Project Manager - Netherlands

In this role you lead a flagship high-rise, mixed-use development in Amsterdam, guiding delivery from construction through handover. • Lead delivery of a high-rise, mixed-use scheme from construction through handover
• Manage time, cost, quality, and safety performance
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee procurement strategy, subcontractor performance, and contract compliance
• Implement project controls, reporting, and risk management
• Lead and mentor a high-performing site team

• 10+ years in large-scale building construction
• At least 3 years in a senior project leadership role
• Proven experience delivering high-rise or complex mixed-use projects over 100M
• Strong knowledge of Dutch or EU construction regulations and permitting processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage
