About this role

As Principal Commercial Excellence within our COO - Supply organization, you will serve as the strategic planning and insights engine across 15 international markets. Joining our Commercial Excellence team in Amsterdam, you will drive high-priority digital channel initiatives that elevate how we support our restaurant, grocery, and convenience partners.

In this role, you will lead with clear goals and deliver rigorous programme execution, collaborating across functions to solve complex commercial challenges. Grounded in care for our partners and customers, your teamwork will translate commercial data into executive narratives that raise the bar and power our global business forward.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Drive high-priority transformation programmes from hypothesis to implementation, aiming high to deliver measurable commercial results across all 15 markets.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Finance, fostering strong collaboration and helping teams succeed without direct reporting lines.
• Own commercial planning and performance insights, tracking core metrics like cost of sale, order frequency, and partner growth to steer functional priorities.
• Craft compelling executive-level presentations, dashboards, and steering committee packs that distill complex commercial insights into clear strategic narratives.
• Develop, scale, and maintain actionable commercial playbooks for exclusivity models, strategic accounts, and self-serve adoption across markets.
• Establish robust programme governance and post-implementation reviews, driving excellence and feeding key learnings back into future planning cycles.
• Champion digital channel strategy initiatives, identifying performance trends and translating findings into actionable recommendations for C-suite leaders.
