Facility Category Lead

In this role you drive facilities category strategies and end-to-end sourcing for a rapidly expanding European fitness network. You’ll partner with Operations, Finance and Legal to enable operational excellence, continuity, and value creation. You shape supplier markets, manage risk, and lead negotiations to optimize cost and service. • Develop and implement Facilities category strategies with business stakeholders
• Monitor market developments, supplier capabilities, and industry trends to spot opportunities and risks
• Identify and realise value from cost optimization, service improvements, innovation, and risk management
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and manage RFx processes for Facilities categories
• Conduct supplier evaluations and selections with business stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization with Legal and business teams
• Manage supplier relationships with business stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with Facilities, Operations, Property, Finance, and Legal to act as a trusted advisor on sourcing approaches

• 8–12 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management
• Proven track record delivering value through category strategies, sourcing, and supplier management
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
• Hands-on, results-driven, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
