Programme Manager

You will lead global, complex NPI programmes, steering initiatives from initiation through delivery while aligning with business cases and contracts. You’ll support the Programme Director on lifecycle milestones and change control activities, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery across sites and customers. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, regulatory compliance, and value realization through improved programs. • Lead large-scale, cross-functional programmes across sites and stakeholders
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and regulatory requirements
• Monitor programme performance and report progress through PPS
• Create Program Improvement Plans for cost, pricing, and manufacturing quality
• Support make/move/buy decisions and strategic procurement
• Act as voice of the customer and help define vision, strategy, and budget
• Adhere to programme management standards and contribute to process development
• Execute risk, issue and opportunity management to mitigate risk and exploit opportunities
• Plan and manage Life Cycle Gate and preceding reviews
• Update Sales / Demand Plan and manage serial purchase demand
• Support the PD in proposal processes and other delivery activities
• Deliver successful programme outcomes and ensure cross-functional collaboration

• Proven experience in leading NPI, industrial transfers, or large-scale transformations
• Strong programme management experience in aerospace, manufacturing, engineering or regulated industries
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with ability to influence at all levels
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budget ownership and business case management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or related discipline
• Programme Management certification is advantageous
