Contract Manager

In this role you drive long-term, win-win partnerships with technical partners and manage complex service contracts for maintenance and asset management. You’ll balance budgets, safety, and performance, challenging suppliers to innovate while embedding bol’s asset-management approach in every contract. You’ll report on partner performance and steers escalations, ensuring readiness for peak periods. This position sits at the heart of expanding, scalable warehousing assets and cross-functional governance to sustain growth and customer value.

• Renew and improve large, complex service and maintenance contracts
• Manage budgets, safety, and performance expectations
• Drive supplier performance improvements and innovations
• Prepare governance meetings and define targets (what, why, when)
• Develop reports on supplier performance for internal stakeholders
• Handle escalations with Maintenance Managers or Business Analysts
• Embed asset management strategy in all contracts with technical partners
• Develop OPEX budgets and prevent overspending
• Coordinate contract changes with Governance, Procurement and Legal
• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks
• Improve contract management processes to support long-term Asset Management
• Prepare assets and partners for peak periods

• solid track record as a supply/partner manager
• familiarity with complex production environments
• experience in a technical team or near technical assets
