Lead AEM Developer

As AEM Tech Lead, you will anchor the Adobe Experience Manager practice and guide end-to-end, scalable AEM solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll bridge business goals with technical delivery, maintaining a helicopter view while mentoring the engineering team. You’ll stay ahead of the Adobe roadmap, advise on integration strategies, and champion best practices. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership to drive high-impact digital experiences for global brands. • Architect and oversee end-to-end AEM solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Stay at the forefront of the Adobe Experience Cloud roadmap and align decisions with client growth
• Monitor and mitigate risks from third-party integrations and legacy systems
• Coach and upskill team members to foster technical excellence
• Lead by example in core development tasks while enforcing best practices in AEM design

• Deep project knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEMaaCS preferred) and Adobe Commerce
• Proficiency in Java, JCR, HTL, OSGi; front-end frameworks React or Angular for headless CMS
• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and middleware for integrations
• Adobe certifications (Adobe Certified Expert/Master) are a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and leading teams
