Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

In this role you lead complex application migration and cloud adoption efforts for customers, guiding options and best-fit strategies. You design, code and advise on migration options to meet requirements, while establishing reliable, multi-application migration processes aligned with IT standards. You maintain service levels and performance during migration, work with customer SMEs and internal teams, and mentor junior staff to scale future projects. This role emphasizes impactful cloud modernization and collaboration across stakeholders.

• Lead Azure-based application solution design and migration projects for .Net stack
• Analyze application metadata, design, code and advise on cloud adoption options
• Architect end-to-end solutions including infrastructures, databases and integration dependencies
• Design and migrate apps on Azure native platforms (AKS, Azure Container Apps, App Service)
• Develop and migrate with Docker/Kubernetes; enable agile CI/CD and automated releases
• Assess monolithic vs microservices and cloud-native patterns (SOA, 12F) in architectures
• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present solutions to customers
• Possibly participate in migrating and deploying apps to public cloud or containers

• 14-16 years of technology project experience
• Hands-on enterprise app design, development, maintenance and support across full stack
• Experience in Microservice/API, event-based architectures
• Experience designing/migrating apps on Azure native platform (AKS, Azure Container Apps, App Service)
• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Agile with CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes
• Understanding of monolithic vs microservice, cloud-native patterns
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in migrating/deploying apps to public cloud or containers is a bonus
