FP&A Analyst

In this FP&A Analyst role, you will support Zone reporting and planning for Europe and Pacific Developed Markets. You’ll work in a high-performing Zone FP&A team, reporting to an FP&A Manager, with exposure to senior stakeholders including the Zone CFO and Zone President. Your focus is the monthly actuals, forecast, and fixed cost agenda, spanning close to the annual budget cycle. You’ll drive improvements in FP&A processes and help build the Zone’s strategic plan with clear, data-driven narratives.

• Support the monthly close for the Zone by preparing and validating actuals under tight deadlines
• Analyze cost and performance across the Zone, including ZBB-managed overheads, and explain variances to budget owners
• Consolidate monthly forecast across markets and flag risks and opportunities early
• Contribute to annual planning, including budget and three-year strategic plan, with underpinning analyses
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and executive presentations for Zone leadership
• Contribute to global finance systems transformation, supporting master data and reporting structures to create a single source of truth
• Identify and implement simplifications and automation to improve FP&A routines

• EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field
• 0–3 years in finance; internship or early FP&A/controlling/audit experience is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with large data sets
• Exposure to SAP and Power BI; quick to learn new systems is essential
• Disciplined with a fixed monthly calendar and non-negotiable deadlines
• Analytical mindset; proactive and able to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels
