• Own the cross-Engineering AI adoption strategy and drive alignment across domains
• Define and build a measurement framework to make AI impact visible and decision-driving
• Lead delivery of an AI toolset integrated into daily workflows and run data-driven trials
• Move AI from optional to expected by reducing adoption blockers and setting quality guardrails
• Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, balancing pace, quality, and risk
• Ensure platform reliability, safety, compliance, and security at scale

• Significant senior-level experience in technical program or project management with end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional programs
• Software engineering or engineering management experience
• Degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered developer tools and LLM-based workflows
• Bias for outcomes with measurable success metrics
• Proven track record in driving large cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments
• Ability to lead in ambiguity and create playbooks beyond following predefined processes
