Transport Materials Manager Projects & Excellence

As Manager Projects & Excellence Transport Materials, you lead the transformation of ASML’s global transport materials domain to improve end-to-end performance and governance. You drive data‑driven improvements across maintenance, repair and reuse flows, coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders to enable scalable, sustainable material availability. You shape the roadmap and project portfolio to deliver measurable outcomes, while embedding new ways of working in the organization.

• Lead performance, quality and continuous improvement of transport material maintenance, repair and reconditioning with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Develop and deploy the Transport Materials Excellence roadmap and cross-sector improvement initiatives
• Translate strategic priorities into an integrated project portfolio with scope, milestones, dependencies and business impact
• Own the Return4Reuse application and related budget, ensuring stable deployment and continual improvement
• Drive global expansion of transport material registration, track-and-trace and return processes
• Improve availability and pool-size calculation methods for better planning and scalability
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, data ownership and transparent performance reviews
• Define future transport material flows and determine where activities should occur and by whom, with solid business cases
• Connect projects with capability development to sustain improvements in the standing organization
• Contribute to ASML’s ESG and sustainable packaging roadmap by accelerating reuse and reducing waste and CO2 impact
• Lead, coach and develop team members and project leads; act as senior stakeholder and change leader across P&D, sectors, factories and partners

• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, planning or business transformation in a complex high-tech environment
• Demonstrated managerial experience leading teams and programs with end-to-end improvement responsibility
• Proven ability to develop and deliver transformation roadmaps and project portfolios with measurable outcomes
• Hands-on operational experience in transport materials, return and reuse flows, packaging and logistics operations
• Preferred experience with maintenance, repair, and external service-provider management
• Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry
• Data-driven performance management experience, KPI development, dashboards, process ownership and IT-enabled improvements
• Exposure to Lean, Agile, BPI or related systematic improvement methods; proven change management
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
