Principal Analog IC Layout Engineer

In this role you will lead advanced Analog and Mixed-Signal IC layout efforts for automotive power solutions, collaborating across multiple projects to deploy new technologies and ensure manufacturable layouts. You will guide floorplanning, reviews, and silicon bring-up support while promoting best practices and cross-site collaboration. This position combines technical leadership with mentorship to grow organizational capabilities and layout methodologies.

• Lead complex Analog and Mixed-Signal layout developments
• Drive floorplanning and top-level implementation strategies
• Support deployment of new technologies and layout methodologies
• Ensure high quality and manufacturable layout solutions
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and mitigate layout risks
• Drive technical reviews and sign-off readiness
• Contribute to silicon bring-up support and root-cause analysis
• Drive continuous improvement and promote layout best practices
• Mentor engineers and align methodologies worldwide

• Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Microelectronics
• Extensive experience in Analog IC Layout
• Expertise with Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre and sign-off methodologies
• Strong experience in mixed-signal and power management products
• Proven track record delivering complex developments from concept to tape-out
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
