Finance Process Excellence Consultant

In this role you will help shape the future of Finance by leading end-to-end process redesign within a large-scale transformation. You will collaborate with finance leaders, product and technology teams, designers and external partners to redesign processes and deliver sustainable outcomes. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to realise both quick improvements and long-term transformation. The position focuses on building an AI-first operating model and driving measurable business impact within a newly formed team.

• Lead end-to-end finance process redesign initiatives
• Translate business requirements into scalable future-state solutions
• Support the development of an AI-first Finance operating model
• Identify and implement process improvements with measurable impact
• Drive finance transformation programmes and continuous improvement
• Influence stakeholders to adopt better ways of working
• Collaborate with finance leadership, technology teams, developers and designers
• Partner with external consultancy to define and execute transformation roadmaps
• Establish best practices, innovation frameworks and new ways of working
• Contribute to an Innovation Lab focused on experimentation and future capabilities

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong understanding of finance processes and operating models
• Proven experience redesigning and improving financial processes
• Experience in finance transformation, business transformation or change programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to engage and influence senior finance leaders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with ownership
• Experience translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions
• Collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge the status quo
