• Conduct intricate, client-centric audit procedures and develop targeted audit strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of audit professionals, providing resources and development opportunities
• Nurture relationships to deliver customized assurance services and drive business growth

• Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies to act as a trusted business advisor

• Bachelor/Master in accounting, finance, or business
• Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience in an accounting firm (preferably with FSO clients)
• Fluency in English and preferably Dutch
• Internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (RA, CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in US GAAP and/or IFRS
