BUSINESS ANALYST

You will drive data-driven decision-making and process optimization by translating complex requirements into practical software designs. • Assess and analyze business processes and user needs in a dynamic tech landscape
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and design systems aligned with business strategy
• Translate customer requirements into user stories and high-quality software designs
• Advise on process improvements and IT automation strategies
• Create workflow diagrams, analyze system capabilities, and write specifications
• Manage and prioritize backlogs; collaborate with stakeholders to refine requests
• Review current practices and propose system adjustments for improvement
• Support team efforts and contribute to achieving team goals

• Bachelor in Engineering (or equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate with business process owners and translate requirements into solutions
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum; experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Certifications: IREB, BCS, BABOK, ISQI
• Knowledge of BPM, UML, workflow diagrams, and TOGAF
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
