Management Consultants within Aviation

You will join PA Consulting’s Aviation team to lead and deliver strategic, complex engagements for airports, airlines and aviation stakeholders. In this role you work with cross-border clients and colleagues to translate challenges into actionable opportunities, shaping long-term visions and driving transformations. You will influence senior stakeholders, manage project teams, and contribute to business development and new service offerings. The position blends rigorous analysis with collaborative execution, in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment. You’ll help accelerate digital transformation and decarbonisation initiatives that strengthen clients’ competitive positions.

• Lead and deliver strategic consulting engagements, including complex transformations
• Manage project teams and engage senior clients
• Support and drive business development and proposals
• Shape service offerings to address client needs
• Build and sustain trusted client relationships
• Translate complex problems into clear business opportunities

• Participate in development plans and knowledge sharing

• Typically 7+ years of management consulting experience or equivalent industry experience
• Relevant aviation sector experience
• Understanding of industry trends: decarbonisation, digitalisation, operational efficiency, changing commercial models
• Methodical and analytically strong with problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leaders
• Comfortable working in high-paced environments
• Energetic, positive, goal-oriented and committed to excellence
• Strong team player with collaboration mindset
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Based in the Netherlands with right to work in the Netherlands (visa sponsorship not available)
