In this role you will directly engage with client teams to design and deliver data-driven, AI-enabled finance solutions. You’ll bridge Finance, Data, and AI to connect enterprise systems, build governance-focused data platforms, and deploy agentic workflows that support business decisions. You’ll work across the CFO domain and beyond, shaping end-to-end implementations from discovery to production and adoption. • Understand client processes and define solutions that align with business goals
• Translate needs into designs, data requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
• Develop source-system connections, ingestion pipelines, and governed data models
• Build Lakehouse/analytical solutions on Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake and ensure data quality and traceability
• Create analytics, applications, and agentic workflows that integrate with ERP and other enterprise systems
• Apply AI tooling within a disciplined development lifecycle, validate generated code, and ensure reliability
• Own deployment lifecycle, testing, and monitoring; collaborate with client IT and security teams
• Turn successful implementations into reusable connectors, components, and deployment playbooks

• Engineering hands-on experience in data platform/analytics engineering or technology consulting with production deployments
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with APIs and enterprise integration
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, ingestion, transformations) or Databricks/Snowflake
• Knowledge of orchestration, data quality, security, performance, and monitoring; GitHub or Azure DevOps
• Experience with AI coding tools and building AI applications/agents linked to enterprise data
• Domain knowledge in planning/forecasting, performance management, financial reporting, consolidation, or treasury
• Delivery experience in ambiguous enterprise environments; strong communication with stakeholders in English; Dutch is a plus
• Master's degree in a related field; minimum 3 years of professional experience
