Pega Lead System Architect - FEC

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of Pega solutions for the Financial Economic Crime domain, guiding cross-functional and offshore teams to deliver scalable, compliant investigations and regulatory capabilities. You combine hands-on Pega expertise with leadership to maintain technical quality and system stability. You’ll work with stakeholders to align solutions with business aims and drive long-term maintainability. This is an opportunity to shape critical financial crime capabilities at Rabobank.

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Pega solutions (architecture, configuration, integrations)
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Pega-based solutions
• Mentor developers and offshore colleagues, promoting Pega best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners and architects to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Safeguard application stability, continuity, and quality; prevent tech incidents

• Proven experience as a Pega Lead System Architect delivering complex end-to-end implementations
• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation in solution design
• Ownership of delivery from requirements through design, implementation and production handover
• Certified Pega Lead System Architect certification
