Do you enjoy working with precision? Do you have technical insight and want to work in a clean, high-tech environment? Then start your career as a Cleanroom Operator in the Eindhoven region! What are you going to do? As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be responsible for one specific step within the production process of advanced MEMS chips. You will follow detailed work instructions and perform your tasks in a cleanroom environment, where hygiene, accuracy, and quality are essential. Technical aptitude is important, but you will receive thorough training and guidance for every process step. This position is offered in a two-shift system (morning and evening shifts) and provides the opportunity for a permanent contract after approximately six months. Your Responsibilities: - Perform a dedicated process step within the production process - Work according to strict cleanroom procedures and quality standards - Follow technical work instructions accurately - Identify and report deviations or irregularities - Collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors - Maintain accurate production records and documentation - Work in a 2-shift schedule: - Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30 - Evening shift: 14:30 - 23:00 What do we offer? - Gross monthly salary of €3,359.36 based on a 40-hour workweek - 8% holiday allowance - 25 vacation days per year - 13.3% shift allowance on top of your salary - Pension accrual starting from your first working day - Access to the Adecco Academy, offering more than 150 online training courses - Opportunity to secure a permanent contract after approximately six months Where will you work?
