Senior Business Planner , you'll be at the center of this transformation. You'll drive long-term planning across order volumes, courier scheduling, and equipment demand. Working alongside the Business Planner and reporting to the Senior Team Lead of Forecasting & Planning, you'll
own
the monthly tactical planning process and support annual budgeting and quarterly budget revisions. This role demands a strong networker who builds cross-functional relationships and influences stakeholders through clear communication and compelling analysis. Tactical Planning Lead
the tactical planning process at the local level Analyze planning and operational KPIs to inform strategic decisions Collaborate with the F&P Team Lead and local stakeholders to refine order volume forecasts, hiring needs, and country strategies Partner with Country Recruitment teams to ensure workforce quality Strategic Planning Conduct in-depth analysis of order volume trends and KPIs to drive cross-functional decisions Facilitate scenario planning to refine strategic objectives Influence cross-functional teams on critical business matters Target & Performance Management Partner with the F&P Team Lead to execute planning KPI targets Monitor planning performance and provide actionable insights Continuous Improvement Serve as the
local Point of Contact (SPOC)
for all tactical planning matters, processes, and tools Drive change initiatives and partner with the global organization Identify opportunities to enhance planning quality, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement global process and tool improvements locally What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field E xperience in demand planning, analytics, or consultancy Experience in resource requirement planning and strategic planning Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel and Tableau) Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and identify trends Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans What We Offer
