Warehouse/Forklift Operator (Temp to Perm)

As a Forklift Operator, you will help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by ensuring that goods are transported, stored, and prepared for shipment efficiently. Your work will contribute directly to an organised logistics process and the timely handling of incoming and outgoing products. Loading and unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently; Transporting goods and materials to the correct storage areas within the warehouse; Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures; Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and free from hazards; A full-time position within either a 2-shift or 5-shift schedule, depending on the available vacancy.
For a 2-shift schedule, the salary is €3,708.80 gross per month, including a 14% shift allowance (40 hours per week). For a 5-shift schedule, the salary is €4,180.53 gross per month, including a 28.5% shift allowance.
A modern warehouse environment with high safety standards; A supportive team and positive working atmosphere; You hold a valid Dutch forklift certificate or are willing to obtain or renew one; You have at least two years of recent experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics environment; You have a good command of spoken and written English, at a minimum B1 level; You work responsibly, pay close attention to safety, and take pride in maintaining high-quality standards.
