Wat je gaat doen

At International Flavors & Fragrances, you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality fragrance ingredients used worldwide in everyday products, from detergents and cosmetics to luxury perfumes. You’ll learn how these ingredients are produced, work with specialized equipment and help ensure every batch meets strict quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities include:

Accurately measuring up to 30 different components per batch, including powders and liquids, using a mobile weighing station.
Following precise recipes and production instructions to ensure every batch contains the correct ingredients in the right quantities.
Checking machines and installations, identifying irregularities and intervening when necessary.
Ensuring products meet the required standards and reporting deviations.
Following safety procedures, handling materials responsibly and maintaining a clean and organised workplace.

Your working schedule:

Early shift from 07:00 to 15:00
Late shift from 15:00 to 23:00
Night shift from 23:00 to 07:00

Wat we je bieden

€21.11 gross per hour, plus a 30% shift allowance on all hours worked.
€3,900+ gross per month, including the shift allowance.
25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.

Functie-eisen

Relevant experience as an experienced production worker or operator.
A good command of Dutch and/or English at B2 level or higher.
The physical ability to lift materials weighing up to 25 kg.
Full availability for a five-shift schedule.
The willingness to work with fragrances and chemical substances in a production environment.
