Are you a chef who wants to work with exceptional ingredients, refined dishes and an experienced chef with a Michelin-starred background? At an iconic, historic luxury hotel in Amsterdam East, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the culinary future of a restaurant with serious ambitions.
The Head Chef has a clear vision: to bring the restaurant back to the culinary level it deserves. To achieve this, he is looking for ambitious, professionally trained chefs who take pride in their craft, are eager to learn and want to prove what they're capable of.
An exceptional kitchen in an iconic location
You'll be working in a historic luxury hotel near Amsterdam's city centre, a remarkable setting with a rich history and a restaurant entering a new culinary chapter.
The menu combines classical cooking techniques with distinctive flavour combinations. Think sea bass ceviche with oyster and sea herbs, red gurnard with lardo and jus à la bécasse, wild duck with confit orange, and Chateaubriand of Simmental beef.
Working alongside a chef with Michelin-starred experience, you'll contribute to the ambition of putting this restaurant firmly back on the culinary map.
What will you be doing?
As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for your own section during lunch and dinner service. You'll maintain high standards, ensure excellent mise en place and pay close attention to flavour, technique and presentation.
Who are we looking for?
You're a professionally trained chef with a solid culinary foundation, ready to take your skills to the next level.
Previous experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant is not required. Your culinary skills, motivation and ambition to improve are what matter most.
What do we offer?
This is your opportunity to work with premium ingredients, learn from an experienced chef and contribute to the culinary future of a remarkable restaurant.
Are you ready to show what you're capable of?
Send us your CV and let's get to know each other. We'd love to hear what attracts you to this kitchen.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
