For a growing family-owned food production company, we are looking for motivated production employees. You will help pack and inspect sauces, marinades and dressings, ensuring every product meets quality standards. You will work alongside international colleagues, keep production lines clean and help everything run smoothly.

You are physically fit, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment You have experience working in food production and understand the importance of quality and hygiene You speak English, work well in a team, and are willing to work in a rotating 2-shift schedule You will check products and packaging to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards You will keep the production lines clean and organized while working with your colleagues to ensure a smooth production process You will pack and prepare sauces, marinades, and dressings, making sure everything is ready for distribution Ons team You will join a friendly, family-owned food production company in Deurne, working alongside colleagues from different nationalities. The atmosphere is informal, teamwork is important, and everyone helps each other. You will work in a clean, active production environment where quality and hygiene come first. New employees receive personal guidance to help them feel welcome and settle in quickly. A starting salary of €2,964 gross per month including a 14% shift allowance plus additional overtime and weekend bonuses ~A full-time job (40 hours per week) in a friendly family-owned company, with a supportive team and opportunities for long-term employment
