Production Worker (Food Industry) – Bergschenhoek

As a production worker, you’ll have a hands-on role right on the production floor. Your main tasks will include mixing nuts and seeds in the Mengerij department, which involves heavier physical work, packaging products on the Inpackline, cleaning machines and production lines, and sorting or repackaging products in the Rework and Box Unpacking areas. You’ll work standing up, so it’s important to be precise and detail-oriented. Full training and support from your team are provided, so you’ll never feel lost. The environment is clean, organized, and safety-focused, with strict hygiene rules – no artificial nails, heavy makeup, or jewelry allowed at work.

Your responsibilities:

• Mixing and preparing nut and seed blends in the Mengerij department
• Packaging products efficiently and accurately on the Inpackline
• Cleaning and maintaining machines and production lines
• Sorting, repackaging, and quality checking products in Rework and Box Unpacking
• Following food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Collaborating with your team to meet production targets

You’ll work in shifts: 06:00 – 14:45, 14:45 – 23:30, or 23:00 – 06:00, with the possibility of paid overtime and bonuses for weekend work. This is a long-term, stable role.

• Gross hourly wage from €14.99 plus shift allowance (14% for 2 shifts, 19% for 3 shifts)
• Overtime pay at 125% after 40 hours per week
• Weekend bonus: +30% pay for Saturday and Sunday shifts
• Holiday pay at 100%, plus 8.33% vacation allowance
• Travel expense reimbursement: €0.23/km (up to €18.40 per day, max 40 km one way)
