As a Warehouse Packing Employee, you oversee the correct packaging, quality checking, and dispatch preparation of outgoing shipments. You start your workday by inspecting your packing table, checking the priority order queue, and gathering required packing materials. During the shift, you match retrieved goods against dispatch documentation, securely box and seal customer orders, and update shipment statuses using barcode scanners. You finish your working day by staging wrapped pallets and labeled parcels for the transport drivers, keeping outbound flows on schedule.

In this temporary role, you will work via Staffice at our client's warehouse.

Responsibilities

Verifying collected items against order lists and packing notes
Packing, filling, and sealing boxes securely for safe transport
Scanning packages and entering shipment data into the warehouse system
Generating and applying shipping documents and barcode labels correctly
Spotting damaged items or quantity differences and alerting team leads
Aligning with order pickers and internal transport to maintain workflow
Maintaining a tidy, safe, and efficient packing workstation

Requirements

Good command of the English language
Thorough way of working with strong attention to product details
Full-time availability for 40 hours per week
Practical background in warehousing, packaging, or order processing is a plus

Gross monthly salary between € 2,893 and € 3,520 based on 40 hours per week
24 holiday days based on full-time employment
8% holiday allowance
Weekly salary payment
Commuting travel allowance starting from 10 km one way
