As a cycle count specialist, you serve as the primary quality check within the distribution centre's stock flow. Starting at 08:00, you verify physical items against the digital records in the system. When discrepancies arise, you look into the cause and register the data directly. You work systematically with scanners and spreadsheets to maintain accurate inventory numbers. Responsibilities Conducting methodical cycle counts on an item and location level Investigating and documenting stock count variances Processing counting data accurately into systems and inventory spreadsheets Checking barcodes, item labels, and location tags on shelves Collaborating with the warehouse administration team to resolve inventory errors Requirements Proven computer literacy, preferably with WMS applications or Excel Strong command of English Numerical mindset and a sharp eye for detail Full-time availability from Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) Prior experience with stocktaking, cycle counting, or logistics administration We offer Gross hourly wage of € 15.70 Employment via Staffice at an established logistics partner Weekly salary transfers with flexible payout options 25 paid holiday days per year 8% holiday pay Commuting travel allowance Fixed schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 with your weekends off Dedicated guidance and personal support from the Staffice team Why Staffice?
