Daily management is second nature to you: you steer continuously on SQCDP key figures (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People), striving to keep every single metric in the green. Through decisive leadership, clear communication, and a focus on continuous workflow optimization, you empower your team to achieve top-tier performance within a fast-moving, international manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities - Directly guiding, mentoring, and inspiring an assembly team of 20 to 30 colleagues; - Tracking daily SQCDP metrics (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) to maintain green status across the board; - Overseeing daily production output, product quality, and safety compliance across the shop floor; - Pinpointing line bottlenecks and executing continuous improvement initiatives; - Leading progress discussions, annual appraisals, and absenteeism management with shift members.
