Your role in our team
You will lead our commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe. You will manage an integrated team across marketing, sales, account management, and carrier management. As an executive team member, you will work directly with our CEO, CFO, and COO.
Clear executive development potential, possibly towards a future CEO role
Direct influence on commercial strategy in a growing organization
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
Senior commercial leadership experience in freight forwarding, road transport, or logistics
Proven track record in sales, marketing, business development, and key account management
Experience building and leading high-performing commercial teams
Relevant network among shippers, airlines, and logistics service xgiwjmb providers
Expertise in pricing, tenders, contract negotiations, and margin management
Full professional proficiency in English; Dutch and Spanish are a strong plus
Growth mindset with ability to take commercial teams to the next level
Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands and internationally
